Meet the founder

Hi! I am on a mission to build a Global Empathy Movement for the Regeneration of the Planet and Society. I am a builder of catalytic constellations and believe that we can drive systemic transformation toward better futures for all.  

With over 15 years of experience in society-systems research, social impact, foresight, regenerative future building, sustainability, responsible innovation, governance, ethnography, skilled facilitation, organizational learning, and personal development.  As a futurist and social scientist, I specialize in designing catalytic interventions to propel impactful and lasting transformation in organizations, governments, on small teams and through one-on-one more personalized client coaching to build more coherent and regenerative action to better earth-society-personal thriving.  In addition to a successful entrepreneurial career, my work over the last decade includes working with the World Resources Institute, International Tropical Timber Organization, National Institutes of Health, National Academies of Sciences, Arizona State University,  School for the Future of Innovation & Society, Swedish Academy of Sciences and the Konrad Lorenz Institute of Cognition and Learning, alongside multiple local and regionally based community sustainability and policy research initiatives across the globe.
